Whitney Port is Fashionable in Manhattan

Taking care of her daily duties, Whitney Port was spotted out and about in New York City earlier today (September 21).

The “City” chick looked snazzy as she made her way around Manhattan in a black jacket and tan dress with black heels. She later changed before heading to lunch at the Chelsea Market.
