Now that Lauren Conrad's done her book tour, and doesn't plan on doing any filming for The Hills in the near future, Lauren's taking some well-deserved time off and just enjoying life. So far, Lauren's spending more time with her boyfriend Kyle Howard. Whether it's a pool party, or going to the club, the former MTV starlet's determined to spend more time with her boyfriend than ever before. 
Lauren loves not having cameras follow her every move, or have producers plan her days out for her. The only thing Lauren has to contend with now is the paparazzi, still getting priceless pictures of her. Also off-camera, Lauren's working on the first-draft for the second installment of her new LA Candy teen novel, and working on developing it into a TV series. As far as fashion goes, Lauren Conrad is getting ready to launch her new line at Kohl's, coming in October.
