Mischa Barton & Her Man Get Cabbie Pulled Over

Making for a sour experience, Mischa Barton and boyfriend DJ Ali Love were pulled over by police after allegedly throwing unidentified items out of their cab window on Wednesday (January 5).

Looking worse for wear, the couple left a hotel together before hopping into a black cab to make their way to the next stop.

Unfortunately for the cabbie, Mischa and her man were feeling mischievous and tossed unknown objects from the car - which led the driver to being stopped by the cops.

According to an onlooker, the police had a word with the cab driver before letting them go on their way.

An X17 photographer with a keen eye spotted Mischa Barton's beloved vintage Cadillac conked out on the side of Mulholland Drive this morning and wondered what was up!

It's no secret that classic car belongs to Ms. Barton considering we've caught her cruising around town numerous times. So what gives?

Mischa's rep tells X17online exclusively that Mischa "parked" the car there intentionally after having car trouble. His client had no intention of leaving it there, and he told us Mischa plans to address the situation "when she gets to it." He adds, "We're all guilty of a flat tire from time to time."
