Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson hit up a strange party last week -- where the theme seemed to be bleeding from the eyes and weird 3D type glasses.

The horror-themed party went down last Thursday, a birthday gathering for a mutual friend. A spy at the party tells TMZ LiLo and Sam only stayed about an hour ... and neither of them drank.

As for those crazy glasses ... we're told the user is supposed to wear them with their eyes closed ... and lights placed inside the frame FLASH along with the beat of the music to create a "tripped out effect."

It's good to see the only way Lindsay is tripping ... is through technology.

Bill & Giuliana: 'We Can't Live Next To Lindsay!'

Reality show couple Bill and Giuliana Rancic are shopping for new digs in Los Angeles, and nearly found an unlikely neighbor in Lindsay Lohan, Radar Online has learned.

"We were with a realtor this weekend and there was a new listing and I thought, 'This address sounds really familiar,' and it was the same street where Lindsay has moved to," Giuliana told Radar Online in an exclusive new interview.

"I was like, 'We cannot live there!' I don't want to be across from Lindsay, and all that insanity that goes along with her life.

"The last thing I need is to live across from Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson. Talk about being up all night and paparazzi and alarms going off... I can't."

According to the star of The Style Network's Giuliana & Bill, Lohan is in a much better place after her latest stint in rehab at The Betty Ford Center, even though she's still not the ideal candidate for a neighbor.

"I had some friends (visit) with her over the weekend, and they've never, in all the years they've known her, been so optimistic about her," Giuliana said about the Mean Girls star.

"They said she seemed more put together, more happy. Her skin was great, her hair was pretty and she didn't look tired. They said she looked better than ever."

Lindsay Lohan's Friendly Meeting With SamRo

Lindsay Lohan is falling back into old habits -- TMZ has learned she's hanging out with Sam Ronson again, but they are not back together.

Sources tell TMZ the pair met up last night to have dinner in West Hollywood. We're told the new neighbors have been "getting along well" since LiLo moved in next door to SamRo -- but for now they are "just friends."

Sam Ronson Accepting Lindsay Lohan Move-In?

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were this close to becoming the new Hatfields and McCoys -- but TMZ has learned the former couple just struck a truce over LiLo's move to Sam's block in Venice, CA.

Sources extremely close to Lindsay tell us she spoke to Sam this week and explained she had "no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door ... and apologized for the surprise.

We're told Sam bought it -- go figure -- and they ended the chat on good terms.

Our source says Linds is expected to move in any day now and, "Neither of them are mad at each other and everything has been cleared up."

Lindsay Lohan To Build Fence So Sam Can't Spy

Lindsay Lohan wants to build a fence so new neighbor and ex-lover Sam Ronson can't "spy or see" what's going on inside her rehabbed actress' beachside home, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

Ronson was spotted looking visibly upset upon learning the Mean Girls star, 24, had moved into the Venice, California, townhouse next door from her after leaving rehab on Monday.

"Trust me, it wasn't planned," Ronson fumed to paparazzi.

Now, Radar Online has learned Lindsay is planning to build a fence between the properties, in a kind-of peace offering to the woman she dated on-and-off again from September, 2008.

"It will give both of them some space and privacy," one source close to Lindsay told Radar Online., "and it will ensure neither of them can see or spy on each other!"

Of all the beaches in all the bohemian 'hoods in the world, she had to move there.

Lindsay Lohan is smacking down various tabloid reports that are suggesting the fresh out of rehab starlet might vacate her new Venice, Calif. rental home because it just so happens to be located literally next door to her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson's place.

When quizzed by E! News about whether she had any intention of moving, Lohan replied with an emphatic "No," and then laughed off the question.

No word what her former gal pal thinks about that.

We're told Lindsay doesn't want to break the lease -- which would cost her big bucks -- but she also doesn't want to "ruffle any feathers."

Lindsay Lohan Causes Uproar In Venice Beach

Lindsay Lohan is only two days out of rehab and already she’s causing a stir in the beachside community of Venice where she’s setting up her new home, Radar Online is reporting exclusively.

Lohan’s swanky new pad is right next door to ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who showed her distaste to the hoards of photographers on Monday, but she’s not the only one upset about the 24-year-old actresses move.

“We usually don’t do celeb stuff, but got a lot of emails on this one... so... Lindsay Lohan is moving to Venice?” a local neighborhood website wrote in an article titled “Paparazzi Infestation Coming To Venice?”

“UGH! Hope she learns to chill out while she's here. And also hoping Venice doesn't attract all of young Hollywood!” one commenter wrote.

Hollywood celebs such as Rosario Dawson, Emile Hirsch, Anna Paquin and Tim Robbins prefer residing in the quaint beachside town as an escape from the paparazzi and Lohan’s move may put a damper on their privacy.

"People move to Venice to get away from Hollywood and we pride ourselves on our seclusion,” one resident told Radar Online.

“Lindsay Lohan represents exactly what everyone here is trying to escape.”

The Mean Girls star holed up in an upscale Los Angeles hotel Monday after her release from the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California and is expected to move into her 3,100 square foot, four bedroom apartment sometime this week.

“If she moves here I hope someone posts a pix [sic] of her vehicle so I know when to get off the street & outta [sic] her way!” wrote one Venice resident.

"A block away from me. Gonna [sic] get a gun."

Lindsay Lohan Moving Next Door to Sam Ronson

Lindsay Lohan may be moving to a new pad -- but she's not leaving her old friends behind!

The starlet, who finished her 90-day rehab stint at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California on Monday, is leaving her old West Hollywood apartment behind for a new four-bedroom beach house in Venice, California right next door to ex girlfriend Sam Ronson!

Unfortunately for Lohan, 24, her former paramour is none too pleased with her new neighbor.

When Lohan's dad, Michael, was moving things into her new place, "Samantha walked out of the building next door," a source tells Us Magazine. "She was shaking her head and looking disgusted. She kept saying, 'I didn't plan it this way.'"

And while Lohan Tweeted an inspirational quote from Gandhi on New Year's Day, writing "Today is the first day of the rest of my life," her ex is far less thrilled with the fresh start.

When photographers asked the DJ if she had any New Year's resolutions, she replied simply, "No. I'm too pissed off right now."

They may have called a truce in 2006, but that doesn't mean Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are as close as they once were.

When Richie, 29, tied the knot to Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden at her father Lionel's Beverly Hills estate on Saturday, her former Simple Life costar was noticeably absent.

"Nicole knew very well that having Paris involved would have inevitably turned a special night into being about their friendship," a source tells Us Magazine. "Nicole's life is completely different now."

In fact, Richie didn't even bother to invite Hilton, her best friend since the age of 2, to attend the winter-themed ceremony. And though Richie's pals Khloe Kardashian and Samantha Ronson made the final guest list, a source close to Hilton tells Us that the 29-year-old socialite "isn't dwelling on it too much."

"She and Nicole aren't close anymore, but there are no hard feelings there," the insider explains. "They just grew up and apart."

Hilton showed no signs of misery when she jetted off to Las Vegas to celebrate her friend Jennifer Rovero's birthday on Saturday -- the same day her former BFF walked down the aisle.

The insider explains that Richie wore one gown during the ceremony (which was officiated by rapper-minister Rev. Run); for the dinner, she kept the same top and switched into a different dress; for the after-dinner party, she changed into another Marchesa frock.

TMZ unearthed the menu from the winter-themed affair: The gourmet goodies included red greens salad, homemade butternut squash ravioli in brown butter sage sauce, an entree choice of filet mignon or seared ahi tuna and a dessert buffet.

A guest tells Us the bash -- also featuring an elephant! -- was "awesome."

Making their love for one another official, Nicole Richie has tied the knot with longtime mate Joel Madden during a sunset ceremony in Bel Air, California on Saturday (December 11).

The former "Simple Life" star was clad in Marchesa as she and her Good Charlotte rocker beau said their "I Do's" during an intimate celebration held at Nicole's dad Lionel Richie's spectacular estate.

As for the setup, sprawling tents were erected in Lionel's backyard to host while the pool was covered up and transformed into a dancefloor for guests to get their groove on.

Lindsay Lohan Visits Ex GF On Thanksgiving

Lindsay Lohan spent part of her Thanksgiving working out at a local gym -- and TMZ has learned Lindsay didn't just spend the day with daddy ... she also saw ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay got in a little light workout at a not-so-private gym in Los Angeles early Thanksgiving morning. According to our sources, Lindsay went on to break bread with a few friends -- including SamRo -- at her apartment in West Hollywood.

We're told Michael Lohan showed up at Lindsay's place around 5:30 PM and then Lindsay had to head back to her sober living facility.

Lindsay had originally wanted to spend the holiday back in NY with Dina and the fam, but Betty Ford denied the request.

The former Simple Life star, 29, and her rocker fiancee, 31, are set to tie the knot before a star-studded guest list at the Beverly Hill home of Nicole's proud dad, music icon Lionel Richie.

"Christmas has always been about family and faith for Nicole and Joel, so there is not better time of the year for them to wed," an insider told Radar Online.

While the super-secret details of the couple's nuptials have not yet been released, Radar Online has learned that close pal Christina Aguilera and Lindsay Lohan's ex-lover Samantha Ronson are both planning to be in attendance.

The maid of honor will be Nicole's best friend, Masha Gordon, while the best man will be Joel's twin brother, Benji.

Nicole's daughter Harlow will serve as a flower girl.

Father Lionel will walk Nicole, the daughter he adopted, down the aisle, Radar Online is told.

The pair - who confirmed their engagement in February - have also engaged a top Hollywood event planner, the same woman behind the amazing nuptials of Khloe Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Aguilera.

Nicole and Joel are planning to invite about 75 family members and close friends to the garden wedding.

Christina Aguilera Leaning On Samantha Ronson

Christina Aguilera is divorcing Jordan Bratman, and Radar Online has learned the superstar turned to gal pal Samantha Ronson for emotional support.

"They've known each other forever and they're good friends," a source close to Christina told Radar Online of her relationship with the famous Hollywood deejay who has been the on-again, off-again girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan.

"Samantha was in Mexico with Christina for Nicole's [Richie] bachelorette party."

Christina and Sam grew closer as her marriage crumbled, and eventually Jordan found himself unnecessary in his wife's life.

As Radar Online was first to report, this isn't the first time Christina has turned to a woman - according to a source Christina has approached women while at gay bars in Los Angeles.

One woman who was approached told Radar Online that Christina sent over her bodyguard to see if she was interested. When the woman, who didn't want her name used, looked over, Christina waved and smiled.

"The bodyguard told me it was an understanding within their marriage and that she brings girls home and Jordan's okay with it," said the woman who was approached by the Dirrty singer while at The Abbey.

"I met Christina in the bathroom and she told me she liked to play with girls... I ended up not pursuing anything with it because the situation just seemed so weird to me, but Christina was definitely looking to hook up."

Christina has been open about her affection for the ladies telling Out magazine in May, "My husband knows that I get into girls. I think it's fun to be open and play."

After nearly five years of marriage Christina, 29, filed for divorce on October 14 from her husband Jordan, 33, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Christina asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two-year-old son Max and for any spousal support to be terminated.

"My understanding was that Jordan wasn't involved when she brought girls home," a source said.

A rep for Christina had no comment when contacted by Radar Online.
