Paris Hilton Test Drives New $300K Rolls-Royce

Paris Hilton may be treating herself to an early Christmas present in the form of a brand new Rolls-Royce, Radar Online has learned.

The 29-year-old heiress took a black Rolls-Royce from the Bentley dealership in Beverly Hills on Monday afternoon after taking it for a lengthy test-drive.

Although Hilton has yet to purchase it, sources close to the starlet tell Radar Online that she’s seriously considering buying the $300,000 car.

“Paris is known for her love of fast expensive cars. She may have met her perfect match,” the source said.

"Paris took home a black Rolls-Royce Ghost to see if she wants to buy it. She hasn't made a decision yet, but she was overheard gushing about the car.”

Insiders at the Beverly Hills Bently dealership told Radar Online they’d love to have the heiress rolling in their newest Rolls-Royce.

“They said that they sell tons of Bentley's every week from wealthy people around the world that request the same model the heiress has,” the source said.

“It’s always, ‘I want the Bentley Paris has.’ We're hoping her driving the new Ghost will have the same effect.”

The Rolls-Royce appears to be a different color, but the same model that reality-TV star Kim Kardashian purchased in September.

Hilton is known for cruising around town in her bright pink Bentley, which she arrived to the dealership in, but purchasing the Ghost may be a move that will help her slip under the radar unnoticed.

Paris Hilton's BF -- No Charges For Hit-And-Run

Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits will not be charged with a crime for an incident on the Sunset Strip in which he was caught on tape driving over a paparazzo ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. just wrapped up an investigation into the September incident -- and determined that Cy did not commit a hit-and-run after he drove a Bentley over the foot of a female photog who had gone into the street in an effort to shoot Cy and Paris.

Cy had always insisted that he came back to the scene and turned over the proper information to both the woman and the cops.

Ultimately, investigators agreed ... and as far as cops are concerned -- dude is officially in the clear.

The Ladies Of 90210 Film Scenes At The Beach

Bringing an end to another long work week, the stars of "90210" were busy shooting scenes in Los Angeles, California on Friday (October 1).

With AnnaLynne McCord, Shenae Grimes, Jessica Stroup and Jessica Lowndes all loaded into a bright red convertible Bentley, the four lovely ladies joyfully cruised the streets before hitting the beach to pick up a new surfer girl in town played by Gillian Zinser.

Paris' Boyfriend, Cy Waits -- Cited for Hit-and-Run

Paris Hilton's boyfriend was cited for hit-and-run last night ... after he hit a photog with a Bentley and then just drove off.

It all went down as paparazzi swarmed the car as Paris and Cy Waits left Boa in West Hollywood. The posse of paparazzi was all over the car, when suddenly Cy accelerated, knocking a photog down.

The couple took off after the hit and the photog called the cops. Paramedics were also called and took the female photog to a local hospital.

We're told at some point later, Cy came back, sans Paris, and spoke with police.

Law enforcement sources tell us Cy was cited for hit-and-run, then allowed to leave.

UPDATE: Sources close to Cy tell us ... Waits is adamant that he was not cited for hit-and-run. Instead, Waits believes the photographer placed him under citizen's arrest -- and cops were obligated to sign the citizen's arrest form.

Sources also tell us Cy wasn't aware that he struck the photog until after he drove away ... but once he found out -- via text message -- he immediately called the police himself to follow up and eventually returned to the scene.
