Julianne Hough: Ryan Seacrest Likes Me Blonde
After a brief stint as a brunette, Julianne Hough is happy to be back to blonde. “It’s just [more] ‘Julianne’,” Hough told PEOPLE of the look, which she debuted at a Bulgari Save The Children benefit in Beverly Hills yesterday. “The brown was for a movie so I’m back to being me.” The total transformation, however, has yet to be completed. “I just went blonde today, and there still needs [to be] some work done, so next week we’re doing that,” she explained.
Finding time may prove challenging for the triple threat, who just completed her second album and will attend the Golden Globes on Sunday, joining boyfriend Ryan Seacrest after he finishes hosting duties for E!’s Live From The Red Carpet.
And which hair color does Seacrest prefer on his girlfriend? Says Hough, “He likes the blonde for sure.”

Is Ryan Seacrest Preparing To Propose?
The hardest working man in show biz is going to pop the question to his lady love, Radar Online has exclusively learned.Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have been dating for less than a year, but sources close to the couple have revealed that the American Idol host has already picked out an engagement ring and is preparing to propose.
"Ryan already has the ring -- and it's a rock -- four to five carats," one source confirmed to Radar Online.
"Money was no object for Ryan... expect the Rolls Royce of engagement rings.
"He's had it for awhile and is in the process of planning the engagement. It's going to happen within the next few months or so!"
Seacrest, who met the dancer turned actress early last summer, dismissed rumors he popped the question over the holidays.
"I'm not engaged," he told People, but added "I'm very happy."
Another source close to Seacrest played coy when asked to confirm or deny the upcoming engagement.
"If Ryan was planning to propose, why would I spoil the whole surprise for him?" the insider said, but gushed about how in love the couple are.
"I don't think I've ever seen him like this over a girl before, ever... they fit together so perfectly.
"All his family adore her too, and I know his mom would be really happy to see him settle down with Julianne and work on giving her some grandchildren!"

Julianne Hough & Ryan Seacrest Aren't Engaged
Is he or isn't he? Ryan Seacrest -- the hardest working man in show biz -- said Thursday on Good Morning America that no, he is not engaged to dancer-turned-actress Julianne Hough.
Seacrest appeared on GMA to promote his upcoming hosting duties on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special, but at the end of the interview, anchors Bill Weir and Robin Roberts couldn't help but ask the 'are ya getting hitched' question.
Seacrest coyly said he'd have "breaking news after the break" -- an ode to how he teases audiences on American Idol during the results show, but he then added, "I'm not engaged.. but very happy."
Seacrest, 36, and Hough, 22 have quietly dated for a couple of months now.

Julianne Hough Talks About BF Ryan Seacrest
How well is Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest's relationship going?"I could not be happier," Hough, 22, tells PEOPLE of her beau – about whom she's been mostly mum. "Everything is wonderful."
"We are very compatible," Hough says of Seacrest, 35. The two have been linked since the summer.
Hough, who is currently promoting Burlesque and just wrapped a starring role in the remake of Footloose, says her busy schedule hasn't affected her romantic life.
"The things that matter most to me, you just make time for," she says.
As for all the attention surrounding her relationship with Seacrest, Hough says it did take some getting used to.
"People I have dated in the past, even though they have had a status of some sort, it was never like this," she says. "But when it's worth it, it's worth it."
Getting the stamp of approval from her family was also very important to the former Dancing with the Stars pro, whose brother Derek told PEOPLE in October that Seacrest "just fits right in with the family."
Says Julianne: "It's a good feeling."
