Yes, the odd couple is still together! Singer Avril Lavigne and her reality star boyfriend Brody Jenner - rockin' a shaved head - lunched at BOA in West Hollywood on Tuesday.

And now that Avril's divorce has been finalized, she's free to wed once again. A source close to the couple tells X17online that the 26-year-old's friends are split: Half of them think Brody is busy doing nothing with his life and Avril could do better while the other half believes the couple is meant to be.

Our source also claims that Brody's mom Linda Thompson thinks her son and Avril "are perfect for each other" and that Avril is a "mini version of herself." Aw! How sweet.

Lastly, Brody is considering proposing to his dream girl on New Year's Eve, says our source. Talk about romantic!

For Avril's b-day in September, he already took her to Napa Valley and gave her a pink and gold Cartier Love bracelet. Sounds like true love to us!

Are Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne thinking of moving in together? Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner's mom Linda Thompson stock up on a trolley full of goodies at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

The ladies picked up pillows, a griddle and a zebra-print beanbag from the store long with mother homemaking items. A beaming Avril was also seen wearing a B - presumably for Brody - pendent.

Brody's Mom Thinks He & Avril Are Adorable

Brody Jenner has had his fair share of females in Hollywood – Kristin Cavallari, Lauren Conrad, and Jayde Nicole to name a few – but now the reality star seems to have found his match with punk-rock princess Avril Lavigne.

“They’re adorable!” gushes his mom Linda Thompson to OK! at the Melanie Segal VMA Lounge at SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills. “She’s the sweetest girl… I’m very happy that he’s met her.”

The couple first appeared to be an odd pairing, but there’s more than meets the eye, because according to Linda, Brody and Avril have lots in common.

“They are very much each other,” Thompson explains. “They are both hard-working, fun-loving, committed, responsible, and ecclactic. They are a male and female version of each other, which makes for a great relationship.”

Avril began dating Brody after her split from her now ex-husband Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley, and Brody has already made a big commitment to Avril: her name tinked on his forearm, and shaving an “A” on one side of his mohawk.

“I think it’s a more clear indication of commitment,” Thompson continues. “That’s a pretty strong commitment to have someone’s tattoo written on your body.”

Engagement rumors have been swirling around the couple for months – does his mom think they’ll make it official anytime soon?

“I wouldn’t want to assume to project that, but they could both do a lot worse!” she gushes.

Things seem to be getting serious between Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner, and yesterday (August 19) the “Complicated” rocker was seen with the “Hills” stud’s mom Linda Thompson.

Pairing up quite well, Avril and Linda looked be getting along nicely as they strolled back to their car after eating at Madeo restaurant in Los Angeles.

Has Avril Lavigne finally made up her mind between Brody Jenner and her ex-husband, Deryck Whibley?

Although she's been juggling both boys as of late, she spent Easter Sunday with Brody and his mom, Linda Thompson.

The threesome hit Red Rock Bar on Sunset, where Avril embraced his mom in full view of photogs before hitting the road.

That wasn't the only place Avril and Brody were spotted this weekend...

The pair hit El Compadre together Saturday night, trying to go incognito.

"They were both wearing hooded sweatshirts and trying keep a low profile," a fellow diner tells me, pointing out, "They had been eating in the back room."

Is it possible these two don't want any attention, or were they just waiting to get Mom's blessing before unleashing their romance on the world?

The City Cast: A Night To Benefit Haiti

Last night, Janueary 20, Whitney Port co-hosted the 'A Night To Benefit Haiti' event at Thompson LES in New York City. She blogged about the event saying, "the unimaginable suffering that the people of Haiti are going through right now is something that many of us cannot even comprehend, and all we can do is offer our time and our support."

Also there to help support the benefit for Haiti were Whitney's co-stars on The City, Roxy Olin and Olivia Palermo. All proceeds went to the American Red Cross relief efforts.

Brody and Jayde Nicole: Mr Chow Dinner Date

Taking his lovely ladies out for a fancy meal, Brody Jenner dined with his mother, Linda Thompson, and girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles on Saturday night (November 28).

The “Hills” hunk looked studly in all-black attire, posing for a few pictures with his loved ones before sitting down for a fine evening meal.

Upon finishing the dinner outing, Jayde happily tweeted to her fans, “Great dinner at Mr Chows with Brody and the fam… So yummy! It was my first time and I ate WAY too much!!”

The family outing comes after Mr Jenner returned back to the west coast earlier in the morning, having written on his Twitter account, “I just sprinted through the Minneapolis airport to make it to my second flight. All because of some D bag who didn’t want to check his gtar.”

Showing his romantic side, Brody then wrote to Jayde, “I will be home in 6 hours to give you that massage.. Love you!”
