Khloe Kardashian Talks Pregnancy, Spin-Off

It's been more than a year since Khloé Kardashian married basketball star Lamar Odom but the burning question still remains: when are they having a baby? Whenever Khloé enters a room, all eyes zeroed in on one place: her stomach! However, having her reproductive life in the spotlight has caused too much pressure and now the reality star tells Life & Style she's decided to keep her baby plans a secret.

"People always forget that there's a period of time when you shouldn't really talk about it," Khloé told Life & Style in an exclusive interview at a Foot Locker event on Jan. 26. "And when that day happens and I get pregnant, I have to protect myself and my family until it's safe enough to talk about it. People get upset because I don't confirm or deny now -- but it's really about the safety of somebody else." So even if she were to get pregnant tomorrow, Khloé says she'd wait until she was far enough along -- about three or four months -- before announcing it.

Thankfully, Khloé has plenty of good things going on in her life to focus on. She and Lamar are set to start taping their own reality show for the E! network. "People are going to see me in a different light," Khloé tells Life & Style. "I don't think people realize that I'm a housewife. I've been wild and crazy in the past, but on this show, I'm more settled in and settled down. My life has changed a lot."

What You Won't See on Khloé & Lamar's Show

Some things will be off limits when it comes to keeping up with Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her husband will open up their home to cameras on their new E! reality show Khloé & Lamar, but the Lakers' locker room is another matter.

"There's no access to the toilets and the showers in the locker room, things like that," Lakers Coach Phil Jackson told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday. "Coaches' offices, the video-tape room and [trainer] Gary Vitti taping ankles, those are things that we probably won't be showing."

Odom says his wife will give the 30-minute show a "funny, sitcom-ish" flavor and while her sisters are likely to make appearances, the Lakers player won't pressure his teammates to take part in the show.

"I've got make sure everybody in here is comfortable," Odom told reporters on Wednesday. "I don't want to get in anyone's way so I'll be staying out of everyone's way."

Audrina Patridge's Spinoff To Air On Vh1 In April

Former "The Hills" star and recent "Dancing With the Stars" contestant Audrina Patridge is moving on ... to VH1.

Patridge's VH1 show, called "Audrina," will premiere in April. The show, executive produced by Mark Burnett ("Survivor," "Sarah Palin's Alaska"), will follow Patridge as she tries to further her Hollywood career and with her family.

Mom Lynn has already gained some notoriety for a drunken screed following her daughter's elimination from "DWTS" in October; her dad, Mark, and younger siblings Casey, Marky and Samantha will also be featured. The family stuff will intertwine with tales of Audrina trying to advance her " acting, modeling and business career."

So why Audrina, VH1 executive vice president of original programming and production Jeff Olde?

"We love that Audrina's life plays out simultaneously on two levels. On one level, she is working hard to establish herself in the entertainment industry," Olde says. "But at the same time she has this amazingly real, supportive family in Orange County who keeps her grounded. Ultimately, this is the story of a young woman with dreams, goals and ambitions all put through the no-BS filter of her family. We love that."

Patridge will also be a producer of the show, along with Burnett, her manager Dave Fleming and Michael Bloom.

Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom's Spinoff Details

Get ready to see a whole lot more of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom!

One week after Us Weekly broke the news that the couple landed their very own E! spinoff, network execs confirmed the series was in development on Wednesday.

"Khloe and Lamar are such a dynamic couple that we just knew we had to give them their own series," executive vice president Lisa Berger tells Us Magazine in a statement. "They are fascinating individuals in their own right, and together the duo are a powerhouse. They are funny, dramatic, opinionated, and we intend to capture all this, along with the unvarnished reality of their lives together and apart."

According to an insider, the new reality show will have the vibe of Bravo's Bethenny Getting Married. "They're so cute, playing off one another," the source told Us of Khloe, 26, and Odom, 31.

The series, tentatively titled Khloe and Lamar, will begin production in early 2011. It will also feature Khloe's brother, Robert Kardashian, as he embarks on a music career.

Khloe & Lamar Odom Getting Their Own Show

It should come as no surprise that the most outspoken Kardashian, Khloe, is branching out from her family and getting her own reality-TV show with hubby Lamar Odom that will focus on their life together as a married couple.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the pair will begin filming the new E! spin-off show in the spring, as first reported by Us Magazine.

Khloe is no stranger to reality-TV, starring in Keeping Up With The Kardashians since it first aired in 2007 and already having had a spin-off with sister Kourtney in 2009's Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.

The 26-year-old married the L.A. Lakers star on September 27, 2009 and he's been making regular appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians ever since.

Their show -- which has yet to be titled -- is expected to be Newlywed-style and showcase Khloe's day-to-day life as a wife and stepmother to Lamar's two children , Destiny and Lamar Jr., who he had with ex-wife Liza Morales.
