Audrina Patridge's Stalker Pleads No Contest

A man arrested outside Audrina Patridge’s home has pleaded no contest to stalking “The Hills” star and will undergo psychiatric evaluation.

Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall says Zachary Loring entered the plea Monday in Los Angeles and will undergo a 90-day diagnostic evaluation before being sentenced. If found competent, he could be sentenced to up to two years in state prison.

Patridge did not appear in court. She has previously testified in a civil restraining order hearing that she feared Loring, who police say repeatedly went to the starlet’s home and left her numerous items, including some disturbing drawings.

The 25-year-old Loring is due back in court on Sept. 20 for sentencing.

Audrina's Alleged Stalker -- Packin' a Nazi Blade

Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker was carrying a knife that had a swastika on the handle when he was arrested outside of her house last month ... this according to a detective's testimony yesterday in court.

The detective said she found the knife -- which had a 6-inch blade -- in Zachary Loring's bag after they hauled him to the station on February 19 ... when he allegedly violated the restraining order Audrina was granted against him last year.

Loring is set to be arraigned on March 23 for one count of stalking and two counts of disobeying a court order.

Audrina's Alleged Stalker Flips Out in Court

We were live in the L.A. courtroom where Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker was being arraigned a few moments ago ... when the guy suddenly started flipping the bird and making obscene gestures!

In the video, you can hear Zachary Loring -- who was facing a felony stalking charge and three misdemeanors -- yelling at the judge that he wanted to plead guilty ... but his lawyer officially entered a not guilty plea for him.

Loring also said something about doughnuts covered in bacon and sprinkles and how the hearing was a waste of his time.

Also, a five year protective order was granted for Audrina and her family.

As we first reported, Loring was arrested outside of Audrina's home last week, after he allegedly showed up and started knocking on her door and ringing the doorbell ... a violation of the permanent restraining order Audrina was granted against him last year.

Audrina's Creeptastic Fan Facing Stalking Charge

Safe to say this guy's not running for The Hills—or anywhere else—anytime soon.

Zachary Loring, the dude arrested last week after showing up uninvited at Audrina Patridge's Los Angeles pad, has been charged with felony stalking, E! News confirmed.

Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, says Loring was charged with one count of felony stalking and three other misdemeanors after he decided he just couldn't stay away from the 24-year-old reality star—violating a three-year restraining order Patridge obtained in September for his allegedly creepy behavior.

Loring, 24, is currently being held on $160,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned later today. At that point, prosecutors are expected to file a motion for a more restrictive protective order.

He was found loitering outside her home last Friday and taken into custody after someone placed a 911 call.

Last fall, the judge had ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from the Sorority Row scream queen and her brother. This after Loring turned up on several occasions at their front door last August, muttering to himself and hand delivering a stack of poems and drawings, including one of a woman being strangled.

No comment yet from Audrina's camp, but let's hope that for her peace of mind, he's kept away for good this time.

Audrina Patridge’s Stalker False Alarm

Taking care of the day’s errands, Audrina Patridge ventured out to pick up her dry cleaning in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 1).

While the Hills hottie seemed to be in high spirits, reports tell that police arrived at her house in response to what turned out to be a false alarm earlier in the day.

The incident took place after someone mistook a paparazzo for her stalker, with police drawing their guns while a helicopter was dispatched to tend to the situation.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Patridge went to court the previous day - being granted a restraining order against her crazed fan, Zachory Loring.

Audrina Patridge Celebrates Court Victory

After spending most of her morning in court, Audrina Patridge was spotted out to lunch with friends earlier today (September 30).

The brunette beauty was granted a three year restraining order against her alleged stalker and looked pleased with those results as she lunched at Solar de Cahuengar restaurant afterward.

While in court, before the restraining order was granted, The Hills star was questioned by attorney Jeffery Rubenstein about several incidents which occurred with the alleged stalker, Zachory Loring, who did not appear in court, failed to stay 100 yards from Patridge.

“This has been a difficult and scary experience,” Patridge’s attorney said. “She hopes Mr. Loring gets help.”

Audrina's Alleged Stalker Back On The Streets

Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker is out of jail and free to go wherever he wants ... except, of course, for the 100 yards or so he's been ordered to stay away from Ms. Patridge.

We've learned 24-year-old Zachory Loring was released from jail yesterday, after being arrested Tuesday on two outstanding warrants. The warrants were issued after Loring skipped out on a few anger management classes -- which he was supposed to attend following his May arrest for vandalism and disturbing the peace.

Yesterday the judge freed Loring under the condition he finishes the anger management classes within the next two months. While he was locked up, Loring was served with Audrina's restraining order.

The Hills star requested a restraining order against Zachory after he was was allegedly spotted loitering outside her property on several occasions and then handed her a drawing of a woman being strangled, but the arrest and her request are unrelated. Audrina Patridge's Real-Life Horror Show

Big week for Audrina PatridgeSorority Row premiere, Maxim cover, live-tweeting with E! Online...a stalker scare?

In documents filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Patridge's lawyers requested an order of protection on behalf of the reality starlet and her roommate-brother, Mark, against a guy named Zachary Loering.

"I can confirm that Audrina Patridge filed a restraining order against an overzealous fan," her rep confirms to E! News. "Audrina and her family have no relationship with this person."

Court docs state that on Aug. 26, Patridge and her makeup artist sibling answered a knock at her front door to find Loring with a stack of poems, pictures and cards he had made for her—including one drawing of a woman being strangled, ominously scrawled with the future date, Sept. 15, 2009.

And it gets creepier.

Loring, 24, proceeded to offer Patridge a beer, telling her it was from his family's brewery and asking her to drink it in front of him. Patridge declined and shut the door, but three days later her surveillance cameras captured Loring camped out on her porch from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m., talking to himself throughout the footage, according to the court docs.

The following day, per the Patridges, the new scream-queen found Loring sitting on a wall on the side of her house, dressed to the nines in a suit and tie.

This time Audrina reported the incident, with police officers arresting Loring for outstanding warrants and trespassing. Loring, who was arrested in July on a switchblade-possession count, was released from jail a day later.

The 24-year-old Patridge "is in fear for her physical safety and emotional well being" and is so frightened, she hasn't been staying at her home or in Los Angeles County, the petition states.

The court granted a temporary order of protection, barring Loring from contacting, harassing, or trying to locate Patridge. He must be a minimum of 100 yards away at all times.

A hearing is scheduled on Sept. 30.
