Heidi & Spencer Pratt's Pure Halloween Party

Spending the holiday in Sin City, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were side-by-side at Pure nightclub inside Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday night (October 30).

The attention-loving pair shared smooches with Spencer also making time to play around with a stuffed doll while hosting a Halloween bash at the popular nightspot.

During their time in Vegas, Heidi chatted with Doug Elfman of the Las Vegas Review-Journal about being back together with Pratt.

She said, "Fortunately, we are together. So it's been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together and to have our friends there."

Continuing on, Heidi gushed, "I'm definitely feeling the best I've ever felt."

Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt: Zoo Birthday Kiss!

In celebration of her 24th birthday, Heidi Montag was spotted at the Santa Barbara Zoo yesterday afternoon (September 15).

Joined by her estranged husband Spencer Pratt, the “Hills” babe looked to be having a great time as she strolled around with friends Venom, Garth, and Cougar.

Heidi even enjoyed a lobster and fish dinner with champagne on the Santa Barbara pier, and was spotted kissing Spencer as a symbol that they might actually be back together.

This comes after Montag told press, "As far as I'm concerned the last thing in the world after everything we have just been through is to go through with this divorce. But we are just taking life second by second."

Inside Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt's Scam

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag continue the spectacle that is their relationship and Radar Online has exclusive details from inside their publicity-driven scam.

From the video of Spencer and Heidi Montag in Costa Rica, to Spencer shopping a sex tape of Heidi, to Heidi sobbing hysterically over the sex tape she doesn’t want released, there is plenty of plot to their story line.

The thing is, it’s all a scam.

First Lie: Spencer is blackmailing Heidi so he can release a sex tape of her.

Multiple legal experts have confirmed to Radar Online that all parties involved in a sex tape MUST consent to the release or else it is a slam-dunk lawsuit for the party that didn’t consent. If the tape is released, the party who hasn’t agreed can sue for invasion of privacy and a host of other legal issues. And they are nearly guaranteed of a huge court victory.

That’s the dirty little secret with celebrity sex tapes – the celebrity has to agree to its release and they always profit off the sales. Paris Hilton still gets a cut of her tape’s profits as does Kendra Wilkinson. Kim Kardashian settled for $5 million after dropping her lawsuit.

So without Heidi’s consent Spencer can’t release the tapes.

Second Lie: Heidi and Spencer have been staying apart.

As Radar Online exclusively reported, Heidi, Spencer and Cougar Zank have been living in the same house in Malibu all summer. Also, the separation and then divorce papers that Heidi filed didn’t even have the same wedding date on them.

Third Lie: Heidi is hiding out because she wanted to stay out of the limelight to focus on other things, like her movie career.

Radar Online has learned exclusively that the reason Heidi has been hidden in the past months is because she has been advised that photos sales of her would garner more income if the market wasn’t saturated with images of her.

Radar Online has also learned that there will soon be a barrage of Heidi photos to capitalize on the current attention focused on her and Spencer as their relationship dramas take another turn.

Heidi Montag Hires PI To Follow Spencer Pratt

Heidi Montag has taken the next step in convincing the world of her "split" with whats-his-face by enlisting the help of a Los Angeles Sheriff's Department private investigator to find out whether he has been spending loads of cash behind her back, according to a source close to Heidi.

The source tells X17online:

"Heidi and Spencer share a bank account, and it's no secret that Spencer has been spending her money like crazy. She obviously knows that she makes way more money than he does, and he knows that, too. People think this separation is fake, but it's 100% real because she knows Spencer is ripping her off. The divorce definitely should be happening by the end of the week or by early next week, but the separation had to happen first until she gets her finances squared away."

Ok, that was somewhat believable considering all the crystal he smokes buys. But then the "source"  - who I, by the way, am convinced is Heidi herself - went on to make the following statement:

"To make it worse, Heidi has her suspicions that Spencer is secretly spending her money on another girl. Her accountant has recently notified her of some big purchases from a jewelry store. When she confronted Spencer, he said he bought himself a new watch. Heidi doesn't believe him. That's why she hired the PI, and after a week of following him, Heidi's convinced that another bitch is getting showered with gifts at Heidi's expense. She's over it."

Ok, Heidi you lost us with that one. If anything is certain it is that no woman would be attracted to that hairy beast YOU married. So now on top of not believing the story that the "source" was claiming, we now know that the "source" is you. You are the only one who finds him attractive.

Rumors of Heidi shacking up with Spencer's best friend, Cougar are somewhat true. X17online can confirm that Heidi is living with Cougar Zank in Malibu. As for a relationship between the two, our source says "it's a possibility." Spencer and Cougar have recently had a falling out because Cougar is now "siding with Heidi." Mr. Pratt claims he has reasons to believe that Heidi and Cougar have been cheating behind his back.

Oh ok, so since we all found out that you are living in a home owned by your mans best friend that was the only logical excuse for you to use! Well will it end?

A rep for Heidi and Spencer tells us "no comment."

Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt Living Together

The plot thickens. Heidi Montag is staying at the Malibu home of Spencer Pratt’s good buddy Cougar Zank - at least, that's what he says.

Zank is a former Marine-turned-bodyguard and bit actor who befriended Pratt earlier this year. He moved into the house rented by Heidi and Spencer in Pacific Palisades, Calif., and appeared on a few episodes of The Hills. “He is helping me write a script,” Spencer told Life & Style magazine.

When Radar ran into Cougar at the pad (that is supposedly Heidi’s female friends home) and asked what he was doing there, he responded: “this is MY house.”

Also, one of the most recent photographs taken of Spencer was of him jogging on a trail not far from this very same Malibu house.
