Whitney Port: West Village Vixen

Braving the rainy New York City weather, Whitney Port was spotted out and about in the West Village yesterday afternoon (August 23).

Joined by a few girlfriends, the City hottie toted a Diet Coke as she strolled around the neighborhood while trying to ignore the nearby shutterbugs.

In related news, Miss Port recently went back-to-school shopping with JCPenney contest winner Mary Ann, helping her spend the $1000 prize on some new duds.

And just in case you missed any of the drama-filled action from last season, The City season one is now available on DVD.

I had so much fun shopping with Mary Ann, the winner of my JCPenney Back to School Shopping Spree contest. She was so sweet and definitely had an eye for fashion!!!

JCPenney had a great selection and we both left with a lot of new clothing :). We got it all on tape in a Back to School Fashion video, which I will be posting very soon! Keep an eye out!!!

Hi guys. Thank you so much to everyone who entered to win the $1000 JCPenney

back to school shopping spree with me!!! I loved reading all of your comments and I wish all of you could have won.

It was very difficult but I narrowed it down to 14 finalists who each submitted a video. They were all amazing and after a lot of thought, I finally chose a winner.

Congratulations to Mary Ann from Illinois!!!!! I was so moved by Mary Ann's video. She is really an inspiration who at the age of 16 started an outreach program in the Philippines called Chinelas that distributed over 300 pairs of slippers to school children that walk to school barefoot! Chinelas means slippers in Spanish and through Chinelas, Mary Ann also gave out toiletries at a shelter for street children and victims of child trafficking. She is truly an inspiration!!!

Not only is Mary Ann a philanthropist, but she's a little fashionista as well! She has a passion for fashion and it showed in her video. Thank you for entering Mary Ann! Keep doing what you're doing...every little thing helps :)
