The target audience for Never Say Never may not be old enough to drive, but that didn't stop Taylor Momsen from wearing a risque corset and thigh highs to the L.A. premiere of Justin's Bieber's biopic last night.

"I am who I am, I dress the way I do even if I'm at a Justin Bieber premiere," Momsen, who's only 17 years old herself, told Us Magazine. "It's cool; it's not for everyone."

And the Gossip Girl actress didn't just wear the metal-studded get up. "I designed this corset with a friend," she added. "It's custom."

Taylor Momsen Feels Objectified By Fame

Taylor Momsen feels like a "product".

The 17-year-old singer-and-actress - who appeared in her first commercial when she was just three years old - believes she has learned more about herself and her career as she has got older.

She said: "You get more insight as you get older, on everything.

"I kind of woke up one morning and was like, 'Oh I see what's happening, I get everything.'

"I woke up and was like, 'I get it, I'm a product.' "

The Pretty Reckless singer - who achieved widespread fame aged 14 after starring in US drama series 'Gossip Girl' - wasn't prepared for fame but insists she doesn't worry about living her life in the spotlight or what other people think of her.

She added: "Fame just kind of happens overnight. No one prepares you for it. On 'Gossip Girl', I was just going to work, doing what I've always done, and then all of a sudden you're like, 'Woah!'

"But you get used to it. You ignore it - because whatever people say about me doesn't bother me at all. If you're in high school or college or at work, someone's not going to like you. It's inevitable. But it doesn't mean anything."

Kelly Rutherford Defends Taylor Momsen

Kelly Rutherford's not worried about Taylor Momsen, crazy antics or not.

On Gossip Girl, Rutherford, 42, played stepmom to Momsen's Jenny Humphrey -- until the 17-year-old was asked to leave the show last month for an indefinite hiatus.

But Rutherford told Hollywood Life that Momsen has just shifted her focus from acting to music (Momsen fronts the band Pretty Reckless.)

"Her passion has just really become her music," Rutherford said. "Taylor's out there doing her music and if you hear her music you understand why she is so passionate."

Still, Momsen's departure from the show coincided with her increasingly dark reputation: the former kid star has flashed her breasts to a concert crowd, given countless potty-mouthed interviews and even requested a full bar on her tour rider despite being underage.

"I think she's young," Rutherford said. "And is exploring her world and she's exploring being an artist. I think it's important to be fully expressed."

"She works hard on Gossip Girl but doesn't care about the plot or the other cast members," a Momsen source recently told Us. "She treats it like a 9-5. No emotional investment."

Taylor Momsen Gets Booed in Glasgow, Scotland

Taylor Momsen suffered another onstage setback last week – only, this time, it was not of the nipple variety.

While performing in Glasgow with her band, The Pretty Reckless, the provocative performer, 17, excitedly told the audience they were "the craziest crowd in the whole of England." Only one problem: Glasgow is in Scotland.

Local student Paul Krane, 26, says the mistake was ill received, telling the Daily Record newspaper, "People began to cheer as they presumed she was going to say Scotland, but when the penny dropped all you could hear was boos."

Apparently not realizing the geographical mistake, the band continued to play undeterred, albeit baffled, without issuing an apology.

And while the starlet later took to her Twitter account to clear the air, saying, "Glasgow, I love you, I now HAVE to tour SCOTLAND (haha, sorry bout the slip up!)," it seems the gesture was a case of too little, too late.

"I think she needs to go back to school for geography lessons," said offended fan Stuart Neilson, 23. "There really isn't any excuse. Surely someone backstage could have said something to her."

At least she is consistent: Taylor Momsen once again hit the stage as the frontwoman of her rock band The Pretty Reckless wearing a risque outfit that was inappropriate for a 17-year-old.

She took to the mic in thigh-high stockings, high heels, and an oversized men’s shirt unbuttoned to showcase her silky black bra.

As usual, she also rocked her raccoon smoky eyes and disheveled long blond hair.

The Gossip Girl star, who is on leave from the show, recently gave another jaw-dropping interview, talking to The Guardian about female masturbation.

Enjoying her time overseas, Taylor Momsen was spotted outside her hotel in Paris, France earlier today (December 8).

The “Gossip Girl” actress looked to be enjoying the freshly-falling snow as she prepared for the day ahead.

Taylor is in the City of Lights along with her band The Pretty Reckless for a concert scheduled for this evening.

Taylor Momsen Still On Gossip Girl -- Just Less

Don't count Taylor Momsen out yet.

Despite reports that the 17-year-old actress was placed on an indefinite hiatus from the CW hit Gossip Girl after acting increasingly erratic, a source tells PEOPLE she'll still be playing Jenny Humphry.

"She is still a series regular. She's still totally a part of the show," says the source. "Yes, you have seen less of her this season, but it's dictated by creative [executives]."

The source says as Blake Lively and Leighton Meester's characters went off to college, storylines – including the younger Momsen's Jenny – have just been harder to set up.

"They graduated high school ... [and] they found that it was hard to put all of them in the same environment in a natural way," says the source. "When you see Jenny they want her to be driving the story, not just hanging out with the mean girls back in high school."

And although Momsen has raised eyebrows with her behavior, including flashing the crowd during a concert with her band The Pretty Reckless last month, "this has nothing to do with her bad behavior or her music career," says the source. "She's still under contract and she's still a part of the show. She's just in fewer episodes."

Are Taylor Momsen's Gossip Girl days over?

The increasingly controversial 17-year-old actress will begin an "indefinite hiatus" from Gossip Girl following next Monday's episode, sources tell Deadline. Reps for the CW and Warner Brothers declined to comment.

Momsen has played Jenny Humphrey, kid sister to Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley) since the CW soap debuted in 2007. Although a series regular, she has only appeared in three episodes so far in the current fourth season.

"She only does [the show] for the money," a source explains to Us Magazine. "She works hard on Gossip Girl but doesn't care about the plot or the other cast members. She treats it like a 9-5. No emotional investment."

Momsen, who also fronts the rock band Pretty Reckless, has grown up since her big-screen debut at age 7 as cute Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas -- raising eyebrows with her skimpy, intensely Gothic wardrobe, notoriously foul-mouthed interviews and angry, age-inappropriate antics.

The new Us Weekly even reports that, for her Oct. 21 Pretty Reckless concert at NYC's Don Hill's (in which she flashed her breasts to the crowd) Momsen had a startling request: "Her rider included a full bar in her dressing room," an insider told Us. "That was rejected -- she's underage!"

Taylor Momsen's not your typical 17-year-old.

Momsen was 7 when she broke out as a kid star, playing Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

"My whole life, I was in and out of school," Momsen continues. "I didn't have friends. I was working constantly and I didn't have a real life."

Taylor Momsen is turning into quite a shock rocker.

First, the Gossip Girl star posed on the November/December cover of Revolver in a barely-there outfit – and with some serious firepower, including a rifle, a handgun and a packed holster on her thigh.

Now the Pretty Reckless rocker is upping the shock factor: On Thursday in New York, Momsen, 17, flashed her breasts during a concert with her band.

Momsen was running her hands over her chest while singing and pulled down her ripped shirt – to briefly reveal to the crowd that she had black tape in the form of an "X" covering her most private parts.
