Stephanie's Blog: Halloween

To show my devotion to Twilight, yes I read all the books and am just as big of a fan as the “twi-hard” 13yr old girls, I was Rosalie Cullen for Halloween this year. Now, I need to set the record straight Alice Cullen is totally my favorite vampire, not Rosalie, but wigs are so itchy and since I already have blonde hair I decided it would be easier to be Rosalie.. ok I feel a lot better haha.

I got a baseball tee, hoodie and hat from amazon.com that all said “Team Cullen” and I wore vampire fangs that I ordered from Vampfangs.com. You guys remember the basball game scene in Twilight right?! It was like the coolest scene in the whole movie, c’mon!!

Well Rosalie in her baseball uniform made it a super easy halloween aka I got to wear running shoes instead of heels! Enjoy the pictures! I hope I dont scare you guys… because I know… I seriously look like a real vampire!! hehe

Stephanie Pratt Isn't On Team Jacob

Recently, we caught up with the one-and-only Stephanie Pratt and according to the "Hills" star, she's as hard-core as any novel-wielding 19-year-old.

" 'New Moon,' I'm obsessed!" she said of the blockbuster and the "Twilight" novels. "I've read all the books. ... I cried the hardest [reading] 'New Moon' ... 'New Moon' and 'Eclipse,' but 'Twilight' was so good too!"

What was it that made her cry? "The birthday party," she said. "They throw [Bella] a birthday party, and I was crying tears of joy, and then Jasper tries to kill her, and I was crying tears of sorrow. I mean, it was nonstop emotions. Jacob really needed to leave Bella alone. She was trying to commit suicide the whole book, because she missed Edward so much, and that is the most touching love story I've ever heard."

Pratt said Taylor Lautner's character should be ashamed of himself for making moves on the despondent Bella Swan. "Get out of here, werewolf!" she laughed.

The reality star is such a fan, in fact, that she even recently dressed as a member of Forks' first family. "I was Rosalie Cullen for Halloween," Stephanie said of her costume, based on the Nikki Reed character described in the novels as the most beautiful woman imaginable. "I could probably talk about [the costume] for hours. A site called VampFangs.com made an awesome mold of fangs, then I wore a Team Cullen baseball hat and a Team Cullen T-Shirt. I was her playing baseball, remember in 'Twilight'? Yeah."

As for Stephanie's reasoning for choosing Rosalie over Alice, Bella, Victoria or another female character, the blonde had an easy answer. "I didn't want to wear a wig," she laughed. "They are itchy!"

J-14's Exclusive Interview With Stephanie Pratt

With just a few eps of The Hills' fifth season left, J-14 just had to get our fix in before it was too late! Stephanie Pratt has been crazy busy but we chatted with her (while she was taking care of her parents' dog!), and she told us all about life without Lauren, how she really feels about Kristin, and her Team Edward obsession!

J-14: Has it been weird for you to not have Lauren Conrad there?

Stephanie Pratt: It's really lame. Audrina [Patridge], Lo [Bosworth], and I all miss her the same amount. We all talk about it when we go to beach houses in Malibu and parties. We were all really good friends -- she's Lo's best friend is gone -- so it's sad. We still hang out -- we have each other on BBM.

J-14: How have you adjusted to Kristin Cavallari being there?

Stephanie: I've seen two different sides of her. It's really hard trusting someone who you don't know. I'm a sensitive person in general -- even seeing strangers upset makes me sad! I'm trying to work on not being affected by everything that goes on. Everyone's [been] trying to give Kristin a chance, and we're all having a lot of fun hanging out in Malibu. You try to make new friends and keep the old ones, but right now the dynamic on the show is that people are having to make a choice, so there's a lot of tension.

J-14: Is it weird to have Kristin and Brody Jenner filming together again?

Stephanie: It's not really. I've known Brody forever. He was best friends with my brother when him and Kristin started dating five years ago -- that was so long ago! They really just seem like friends. She was the first girlfriend that Brody was settled with -- they were in a committed relationship. Brody and I don't really get along. I like to stay clear of him. I completely took Audrina's side with the whole Hawaii thing.

J-14: How do you feel knowing that some of the things happening in your real life aren't shown on TV?

Stephanie: The only thing that bothers me is that no ones ever seen the other side of [my brother] Spencer. But no, we've never, ever seen a script! It's always fun to watch other reality shows and be like, 'I don't believe that's how any of them are,' but for us pretty much everything is what it is, just edited down.

J-14: Are you Team Jacob or Team Edward?

Stephanie: Edward! I was reading Twilight shouting out loud, 'I hate you Jacob!' I was so mad at him! On my BBM, my status would be, 'Jacob leave her alone!'

J-14: Do you have a celeb crush?

Stephanie: Ryan Gosling!
