No Jail Time for Hills Star Stephanie Pratt

Good thing Stephanie Pratt isn't headed there, even with that whole "my heels made me do it" excuse.
The MTV reality star reached a deal with the district attorney stemming from her Oct. 18 DUI arrest following sister-in-law Holly Montag's birthday bash at a Hollywood nightclub.
To avoid donning an unflattering orange jumpsuit, she pleaded no contest to the reduced charge of exhibition of speeding and vowed to enroll in a three-month alcohol-treatment program and to spend eight weeks wearing those heels to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. She'll also have to manage 36 months of probation.
"I'm happy about the outcome," a smiling Pratt told E! News exclusively. "I enrolled in Betty Ford Clinic for two weeks right after my DUI arrest."
Even though she'll be spending time dealing with her sentence, prepare to see much more of the 23-year-old in the coming months. Shooting on The Hills resumes next week.
"I'm looking forward to getting back to work," she said.
Stephanie Pratt: Grinch Girl

The “Hills” hottie looked excited as she enthusiastically read “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” as the paparazzi looked on.

She tweeted, “Just picked up my dog + mail from parents’ house and my new checks came- they benefit the humane society!! So excited!”
Stephanie Pratt Regains Drivers License, Clothes

Less than two months after being charged with DUI, The Hills star has had her license reinstated. That's good news for her, but bad for the rest of us.
Looks like she recovered more than just her driving rights, too.
Stephanie apparently found the clothing she lost in those racy Maxim pictures we posted last week. Good Lordy. Who knew Spencer's lil' sis had that in her.

Stephanie Pratt Not Fired From The Hills

Star magazine reports that Stephanie was fired by MTV from the reality show as a result of her DUI arrest. The source said, “Producers like cat fights and broken romances, not drama that involves breaking the law. Stephanie just became this major mess and was too much of a liability.”
The insider claims Stephanie worked out a deal with the network to make it look like she was leaving on her own terms. “The show is her only identity. To avoid public embarrassment, her MTV bosses allowed Stephanie, 23, to make it seem like she was quitting over drama with bad girl Kristin Cavallari,” said the source.
But Hollyscoop spoke directly with Stephanie’s rep, who told us exclusively, “As of right now Stephanie is still in negotiation for a 6th season on The Hills with MTV. We have not heard anything from the network about her leaving. Stephanie was not on the last 4 episodes of the show for this most recent season due to her having to take some time off to handle her DUI. This story is false.”
Like we said before, if Stephanie does decide to leave the show, it’ll be on her own terms!

Stephanie Pratt: Kitson Cutie

The “Hills” babe looked lovely as she arrived at Kitson to help collect holiday toys to benefit the LA Mission, sporting a black cardigan, black dress, and black heels.

During a recent interview she told press, “My license is… obviously I don’t have one right now. But it’s not even for a reason of drinking, because I’ve given that up all together.”
Stephanie Pratt: Gearing Up for DUI Trial

The “Hills” hottie smiled while posing for pictures at the Damiani Diamonds/The Hollywood Reporter co-hosted event which drew out the likes of Lady Victoria Hervey, Olivia Munn and Andrea Bowen, among others.
Aside from hitting up swanky Tinseltown shindigs, Miss Pratt is gearing up for her DUI trial – which kicks off on January 21st.
Getting the scoop on what’s to come, attorney Jon Bryant Artz told E! News, “On Jan. 21, three things may happen. The trial may start as planned, it may continue to another date, or we may reach a settlement.”
Artz adds, “What’s going to happen is we will show up at court and I will ask the judge for a trial. As we’re waiting for a courtroom to become available, the D.A. and I will talk and we may reach a deal.”

Stephanie Pratt’s Thanksgiving Mission

The “Hills” hottie joined the likes of Corbin Bleu, Olesya Rulin, Kayla Ewell and Debby Ryan in greeting thousands of people by handing out plates packed with turkey and all the trimmings.

Recently rumored to have checked into rehab, Steph shot down any such thought, tweeting a few days ago, “I’m turning off my phone-this is ridiculous pls stop telling me where I am. I’m not in rehab for the 100th time. Gnight.”
Stephanie Pratt’s Time Behind Bars

The “Hills” hottie is currently prepping for a 30-day treatment session ahead of her court date for a DUI charge she racked up in October.

She adds, “It wasn’t like I was passed out and got to sleep. I was up for nine hours thinking about what I had done. The next five hours I was thinking, ‘This isn’t going to defeat me, you’re strong enough. You’re not going to mess up. It’s a blessing that you’ve got this time to get it together.’”
